<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Demand Generation Manager - Embedded, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. In this role, you will also be responsible to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Integrated Campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital, events, content syndication, ABM) to support Embedded pipeline goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop targeted campaigns with SDRs to support outbound motions</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Advertising</p> </li><li> <p>Manage paid digital campaigns across search, social, and display.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize spend for performance, ROI, and lead quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner & Customer Marketing</p> </li><li> <p>Support Workato's Embedded Partner Program by driving joint campaigns, referral motions, and co-marketing initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate directly with embedded customers to support their conferences, events, and go-to-market activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Sales Collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with SDRs and AEs to align campaigns with sales objectives, messaging, and follow-up strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide campaign enablement and guidance to ensure successful execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Measurement & Optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Track and report on demand generation performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>2-4 years of B2B demand generation, growth, or digital marketing experience (SaaS or enterprise tech preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience running multi-channel demand generation programs, including paid media.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), Outreach, and digital ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns for pipeline impact.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience collaborating with sales teams, SDRs, and/or partners to drive joint marketing efforts.</p> </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communicator with the ability to partner effectively across functions and teams.</p> </li><li> <p>A balance of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly</p> </li></ul> <p>The pay for this role may range between $90,000 and $115,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.</p> <p>#LI-NJ1</p> <p>(REQ ID: 2329)</p>
