<p>I. Position Purpose</p> <p>Under the guidance and direction of the Director of Admissions, the Director of Educational Pathways include College Credit Plus. In addition to these duties, the Director will lead and maintain all records and files for CCP students and Instructors. Perform academic advising activities for on-campus CCP students</p> <p>II. Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage the College's Concurrent CCP Enrollment Program (College Credit Plus). </li><li>Coordinate all Hocking College courses offered on partner high school and career center campuses </li><li>Maintain concurrent enrollment student records </li><li>Ensure the College and partner schools are adhering to Ohio Department of Education and Ohio Department of Higher Education regulations and Higher Learning Commission compliance </li><li>Coordinate data reporting efforts on behalf of the College with IT staff, the Office of Workforce Development, the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Workforce Development, and the Registrar </li><li>Collaborate with post-secondary and secondary partners to develop and implement new Career Pathways </li><li>Identify new CCP partners </li><li>Attend state-wide Concurrent Enrollment meetings </li><li>Coordinate CCP Professional Development Workshops for CCP instructors </li><li>Coordinate and/or attend CCP information nights, advising workshops, and classroom observations </li><li>Provide advising services to CCP students who are engaging in on-campus courses at Hocking College </li><li>Serve as the institutional liaison to all state-wide College Credit Plus functions </li><li>Lead and maintain CCP Accreditation thru NACEP </li><li>Additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>III. Qualifications - Education, Experience, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree, bachelor's or master's degree preferred </li><li>3 years of relevant experience in higher education or secondary education </li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) </li><li>Strong technology skills including usage of Microsoft Office, email, student information system, AI, and learning management system </li><li>Organizational, record-keeping, and interpersonal skills and Attention to detail. </li><li>Interest in and commitment to the learner-centered educational process. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Caring attitude toward students and willingness to extend self to help students succeed. </li><li>Learning and self-motivation skills. </li><li>Knowledge of College resources available to students. </li><li>Openness to suggestions for improvement. </li><li>Flexibility in dealing with others as a member of a team. </li><li>Ability to prioritize work. </li><li>Aligned with Hocking College mission, goals, and values. </li><li>Positive attitude. </li><li>Knowledge of safe working conditions. </li></ul> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be requested and reviewed according to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).</p>
