<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Project Manager III.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage 20+ project work orders (WOs) and $50M in capital investments </li><li>Work with business process specialist (BPS) to ensure WO creation </li><li>Work with BPS to put WOs in-service in timely and accurate manner </li><li>Monitor prior year WOs for unusual or inadvertent charges that need to be reapplied elsewhere (Journal Entries) </li><li>Manage labor transfers from one WO to another </li><li>Manage accruals </li><li>Manage confidence in spend and confidence in in-service dates </li><li>Monthly reforecast of project financials </li><li>Establish Cost Tracking using approved template </li><li>Develop annual budgets (Cap and O&M) using Cost Tracking spreadsheet: </li><li>Understand and communicate variances and spikes (monthly and YE) per PMO and Dig </li><li>Revise project budgets in alignment with PI and resource planning </li><li>Meet with Digital leaders to establish and update meaningful monthly reports to management regarding the budget, actuals and forecast; Resource allocations; Procurement matrix and forecast payments for purchase orders (POs) </li><li>In-service dates for each work order </li><li>Establish relationship with BPS and Digital Finance team </li><li>Manage POs </li><li>Ensure Purchase Orders are stood up by Sourcing </li><li>Ensure all invoices have been submitted and paid </li><li>Meet with vendors to ensure accurate and timely accruals </li><li>Close POs and contracts </li><li>Manage project change requests (PCRs) for WO; Change in budget or in service date </li><li>Coordinate with Portfolio manager for budget increase/decrease via emerging demand process </li><li>Manage aspects of Time keeping </li><li>Inform team of Time Recording requirements and Software Capitalization Policy </li><li>Ensure TRIS pick list updated for FTEs (and others as appropriate) </li><li>Complete TRIS Setup/Accounting Strings* Expert in Excel, PowerPoint </li><li>Preference for experience with Oracle, PowerPlan, PowerBI, Primavera </li><li>Commit to continuous improvement </li><li>Able to challenge the status quo </li></ul>
