<p>Job Summary</p> <p>This STEPS position will assist the Graduate Medical Education Office, specifically GME Special Projects Coordinator and GME Registrar. During this time of year, GME on-boards and exits trainees, which includes hosting several events. Position duties may include placing orders, managing schedules, assembling promotional packages, assist with event preparations and day-of operations, fielding questions, providing excellent customer service, and more.</p> <p>Skills / Knowledge / Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills </li><li>Experience providing project support, including task tracking and follow-up </li><li>Professional written and verbal communication skills </li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Strong team collaboration skills and willingness to support colleagues. </li><li>Adaptability and flexibility, the ability to adjust priorities during busy or high-demand periods. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to effectively use AI tools and emerging technologies to support administrative and event-related tasks </li></ul> <p>Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
