The CubeSmart team is made up of people who have a can-do attitude, are committed to their own success and the success of the company, and lead by example.</p> <p>If this sounds like a team and culture that matches your personal values and motivations, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Collaborate with internal teammates to create digital content including campaign creative, video, social content, and ad copy.</p> <ul> <li>Provides ideas and concepts for social posts, videos/reels, blog content and other digital channels </li><li>Support in the creation of videos for Instagram reels and Tik Tok </li><li>Support in the sourcing/vetting of influencer partnerships </li><li>Supports the performance media team in producing reports, reviewing performance, and making optimizations to ad campaigns </li><li>Perform ongoing keyword research for paid and organic campaigns, including discovery and keyword expansion opportunities </li><li>Leverage website performance metrics to uncover new ideas to help improve customer experience </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment </li><li>Well versed in social media including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; enjoys using data to come to actionable conclusions </li></ul> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Veteran/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.</p>
