<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager SEC Reporting in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, review, and analyze financial statement disclosures in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements </li><li>Draft and review technical documentation to support complex accounting issues, new standards, and non-routine transactions </li><li>Perform consistency and accuracy checks across all sections of financial reports </li><li>Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of periodic external reports </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations) to gather and validate information for disclosures </li><li>Support internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and responding to audit requests </li><li>Provide guidance and training to team members on technical accounting and reporting matters* Extensive experience in financial reporting, including preparation and review of disclosures </li><li>Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards </li><li>Experience drafting technical documentation for complex accounting matters </li></ul>
