<p>Opportunity Overview:</p> <p>Ironworkers- Welder & Fitters - Nuclear</p> <p>Project Assignment 40-50 hours per week (day shift)</p> <p>Surry Nuclear</p> <p>Surry, VA</p> <p>You will report to the onsite Supervisor and Site Manager. This job is 100% onsite in Surry, VA.</p> <p>Your Day-to-Day:</p> <ul> <li>Fabrication and installation of pipe, duct, structural steel, pipe and duct supports </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>3 Plus Years of Welding</p> </li><li> <p>Nuclear badge within the last 364 days</p> </li><li> <p>Must Pass the local plant</p> </li><li> <p>Nuclear Clearance</p> </li><li> <p>Medical & Fitness for Duty</p> </li><li> <p>Weld Test Proficiency test</p> </li><li> <p>Work in a team</p> </li><li> <p>Read instructions and blueprints when needed</p> </li><li> <p>Welder must have experience stick welding in all positions</p> </li><li> <p>Steel erection experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience installing Ibeams and Columns</p> </li><li> <p>Laying decking and erecting bar joist</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to pass nuclear background check and drug test</p> </li><li> <p>Fitters must 3 years of experience as a Pipefitter in an industrial environment.</p> </li><li> <p>NCCER+ or other certification</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in an industrial construction atmosphere.</p> </li><li> <p>Required to successfully complete background check, drug and alcohol screenings</p> </li><li> <p>Must be 18 years of age</p> </li><li> <p>Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident</p> </li></ul> <p>Our Safety Pledge to You:</p> <p>If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
