From creating resumes to landing the job, you'll be there every step of the way-providing guidance, encouragement, and hands-on support. You'll assist with job searching, applications, interview prep, and follow-up. Once hired, you'll help individuals navigate onboarding and offer on-the-job coaching to ensure long-term success.
