We are currently looking for individuals to join our operations team as 2nd Shift Line Operators.</p> <p>The General Laborer will be responsible for the following:</p> <ul> <li>Performs a variety of tasks under close supervision of the shift supervisor in the operation. </li><li>Following guidelines based on work instructions, scan guns, and reports. </li><li>Read work instructions to sub-assemble automotive components/parts. </li><li>Pays close attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly of components and parts. </li><li>Pay close attention to accurately scan and count material and parts. </li><li>Scans parts and places them into tubs according to customer requirements. </li><li>Some light assembly is required. </li><li>Use of small, powered hand tools is required. </li><li>May be trained to assist with stocking or kitting. </li><li>Performs general audits, counts, builds, repacks, and tags parts. </li><li>Reports any issues to team lead, quality technician or supervisor. </li><li>Identify damage and reports shortages or quality deficiencies. </li><li>Comply with company policies and guidelines. </li><li>Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment in the facility. </li><li>Clean workstation to include sweeping, trash pickup and put equipment back in its original place. </li><li>Other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>General Requirements to perform job:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. </li><li>Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions and work instructions. </li><li>Ability to count accurately. </li><li>Ability and flexibility to work in a variety of roles. </li><li>Ability to work with others in a team environment. </li><li>Ability to work full time with extra hours & weekends as required. </li><li>Must have the ability to use scanning equipment and inventory software. </li><li>Excellent attendance and punctuality. </li><li>Must have a high level of motivation and attention to detail. </li><li>Must be detail oriented. </li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Second Shift hours are 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, plus mandatory overtime.</p> <ul> <li>Weekly perfect attendance bonus and benefits day 1! </li></ul> <p>Comprehensive Logistics Inc.
