<p>The Good Shepherd Services Impact and Evaluation Departments (I&E) mission is to support programs in managing their contracts and learning from data to strengthen the services and impact. ISD oversees agency-wide efforts in performance management, promoting implementation of evidence-based practices, and supporting evidence-generating activities. Within I&E, the YFWB Programs Portfolio team supports the programs in Good Shepherd Services (GSS) YFWB program division. This position is part of contract management and program analysis staff that work with GSS YFWB Programs (EFFC, Prevention, Residential, and Close to Home) to meet these goals.</p> <p>The Data Integrity Analyst oversees proper management of data from these programs to provide GSS with the ability to conduct analysis on and report program data for the purposes of compliance, learning, and improvement. The work of this position ensures that the data we use for these efforts is trustworthy and reliable. The Data Integrity Analyst is a key liaison between staff in ISD, the programs we support, and GSS Information Technology (IT) staff.</p> <p>Reports to: Senior Director, Impact and Evaluation, Youth and Family Well Being</p> <p>Location: 305 Seventh Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, New York 10001</p> <p>Hours: 35 Hours/Week; Exempt</p> <p>Salary: $61,000 - $68,500</p> <p>Major Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide oversight and management of the OCFS Connections system and various other Administration for Childrens Services (ACS) Databases/Information systems including:</p> </li><li> <p>Create new user accounts, assign appropriate business functions and security levels, reset passwords and close user accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Guide staff in activating and accessing multiple accounts and information systems</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and coach staff to effectively use database systems</p> </li><li> <p>Lead implementation and roll-out of new initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain expertise in data elements available across databases</p> </li><li> <p>Engage in data quality management and data integrity between systems</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as liaison with various OCFS/ACS system managers for any external assistance needed in troubleshooting staff issues</p> </li><li> <p>Promote database learning and knowledge management</p> </li><li> <p>Assess program staff database training needs in various systems and develop efficient training plans</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, coordinate and conduct trainings</p> </li><li> <p>Create training materials and guides</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with I&E team members to develop innovative and efficient ways to collect and present data (i.e. automation options for regular reporting, Salesforce/Tableau dashboards, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in development of technology tools to enhance use of data across the agency</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze data across databases and promote utilization of agency-wide data</p> </li><li> <p>Create and pull reports from the data systems for program and support staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate reports from corresponding databases to assist programs in understanding, monitoring and correcting their data.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with staff from GSS IT department to ensure our technical/database infrastructure meets the needs of program data entry and analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with other I&E team members to support data integrity across systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree required. </li><li>Strong expertise in database management, with Salesforce experience preferred </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong data management skills; understanding and love of data </li><li>Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people is essential. </li><li>Ability to use public transportation for travel to program locations throughout New York City. </li><li>Two years social services experience preferred. </li><li>Enthusiasm for collaboration; friendly and responsive </li></ul>
