<p>Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator.</p> <p>Role Overview: As the Guest Experience Coordinator, you are the first and lasting impression at our headquarters, hosting VIP guests and executive clients. You ensure every team member, guest, and vendor enjoys a seamless, premium experience. Responsibilities include daily reception and concierge tasks, preparing the space before opening, and maintaining it for the next day.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare coffee, tea, and amenity stations; set up meeting rooms </li><li>Draft and distribute daily briefings outlining visitors, vendors, maintenance, and events </li><li>Pre-register all visitors in the building security system </li><li>Serve as primary greeter at reception </li><li>Monitor phone lines and shared inboxes </li><li>Track, receive, and deliver packages; manage outgoing shipments </li><li>Coordinate employee badges with IT support </li><li>Assist guests with requests as needed </li><li>Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives (executive events, office moves, vendor activations, process rollouts) while maintaining service excellence* 2+ years of experience in high-end hospitality, hotel concierge, or executive reception </li><li>Proven white-glove guest service in fast-paced, high-profile settings </li><li>Polished communication skills; confident with executives and partners </li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, phone systems, and ticketing tools </li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods </li><li>Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or overtime during events </li><li>Strong organizational skills and judgment to prioritize requests </li></ul> <p>Core Values:</p> <ul> <li>Multistakeholder: Commitment to customers, shareholders, employees, families, and communities </li><li>Mindful: Respectful, attentive, detail-oriented </li><li>Driven by Excellence: Relentless pursuit of excellence, intolerance of mediocrity </li><li>High Integrity: Open, honest communication; high ethical standards </li><li>Future Forward: Adaptive, tech-driven, proactive in delivering better outcomes </li></ul>
