This role focuses on our ELA / English and Social Studies programs, in collaboration with World Language and Library Media Specialists. The CIL / Program Leader is responsible for ensuring high-quality instruction in classrooms through modeling, co-planning, co-teaching and providing feedback to teachers. The role builds teacher capacity, promotes teacher reflection, and fosters understanding of instructional practices related to New Fairfield's curriculum and pedagogical philosophies.
