The Regional Sales Representatives leadership is key to maintaining the companys image through different sales channels (Municipalities, State DOT, Dealers) for quality products and services. You will be able to accomplish this by:</p> <ul> <li>Forecasting, development, and effective implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve territory sales forecasts. </li><li>Effective territory management, including establishment of buying cycles, customer needs and relations, is critical to success. </li><li>Recommendations for advertising programs, regional trade shows, and other market specific activities to cost effectively promote Henderson Products. </li><li>Identify revenue opportunities and monitor competitive activity and trends, informing management as appropriate. </li><li>Maintain sales programs by keeping customers informed directly about available services, equipment, prices, and new products. Products include brine equipment, installation, parts, and service. </li><li>Assist customers in selection of brine equipment for specific applications. </li><li>Assist with product trouble diagnoses and resolution. </li><li>Travel schedule to effectively manage assigned territory (Central US). </li><li>Knowledge of features, benefits and use of products, with understanding of selling techniques and ability to close sales within the municipal and dealer sector. Manage municipal bid process when required. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE OFFER YOU:</p> <ul> <li>A fulfilling career with the ability to contribute to an Industry leader. </li><li>A comprehensive suite of benefits, including company fleet truck for territory coverage. </li><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience, including strong commission structure. </li><li>A generous 401k match. </li></ul> <p>WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related field preferred </li><li>3-5 years of experience in direct sales or account management. </li><li>Snow and ice equipment industry and municipal sales experience preferred but not required. </li><li>Aptitude to gain extensive snow and ice equipment industry knowledge, with an emphasis on brine products. </li><li>Mechanical aptitude and problem analysis and resolution ability; ability to work with brine equipment specifications </li><li>Technological skills required with knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and Word in Windows environment </li><li>Organizational, detail, and follow-up skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong team player </li></ul> <p>Our focus on integrity, teamwork, and high performance creates an ideal work environment for every one of our employees.</p> <p>We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
