This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. </li><li>Diagnose problems or repair machines. </li><li>Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment. </li><li>Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded. </li><li>Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms). </li><li>Pool chemical testing </li></ul> <p>The Ideal Candidate:</p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of facilities experience </li><li>Experience in a management position </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>From humble beginnings in 2006 to an enterprise being driven by more than 1,000 people today, Midas Hospitality has never lost sight of our #1 priority - people.
