<p>About This Role</p> <p>The FP&A Analyst is a key contributor to the Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting process, supporting Senior Leadership with critical financial insights. This role supports the coordination and preparation of the forecasted cash flow, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to assess long-term organizational impacts. In addition, the position is responsible for producing timely financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually), analyzing results for internal and external audiences, and preparing deliverables for Finance management, Internal and External Reporting, and Investor Relations.</p> <p>What You Will Work On</p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly reporting deliverables to Finance management and the Executive Committee, including CEO Monthly Package Reporting, Budget Forecasting, Analysis / P&L Analysis and deck presentation. </li><li>Manage the Finance Business Review process, including coordinating meetings and maintaining documentation. </li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly interest expense and income forecasts. </li><li>Support quarterly Earnings call preparation, including validation of scripts and Q&A for Senior Management. </li><li>Conduct ad hoc analysis of operating statistics. </li><li>Directly manage and mentor a Senior Financial Analyst, providing feedback, guidance, and career development opportunities. </li><li>Oversee the Senior Analyst's daily responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in reporting, data analysis, and timely delivery. </li><li>Foster collaboration, encouraging contributions from the team in projects and strategic discussions. </li><li>Perform regular variance analysis, explaining deviations between actual results and forecasts. </li><li>Experience with Cash flow is a plus. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring</p> <ul> <li>Strong ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving requests. </li><li>Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and hospitality-specific KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy). </li><li>Proven skill in analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights to optimize revenue and costs. </li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion), Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). </li><li>Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and partnering with operations, sales, and marketing to align strategies. </li><li>Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, and risk management within hospitality. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred. </li><li>3-4 years of progressive FP&A or accounting experience, including at least 3 years in hospitality or a related industry. </li><li>Established track record in financial management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership. </li></ul> <p>What You Can Expect</p> <ul> <li>Location: Parsippany, NJ </li><li>Hybrid: 3-days/week onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Oniste, M & F remote </li><li>Duration: 3-Months </li><li>Pay Rate: $50/hr </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required) </li><li>An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart. </li></ul> <p>What We Do</p> <p>As a next-generation human capital firm, we connect the best talent in the market to execute transformation and high-value projects for our global clients-solving problems in the areas of Business Transformation, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Technology and Digital Innovation.</p> <p>Our unique consulting model allows you the radical flexibility and control you demand in the "Now of Work," enabling you to define your career path based on your expertise, passion, desire to travel, work environment and life stage.
