In addition, you will ensure all communication lines are open among staff for proper patient care in our inpatient and ambulatory areas. An Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for understanding complex hospital systems. Join us and experience a culture where opportunities to advance and the support to get there go hand-in-hand.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (variable)</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervises nurse managers, educators, clinical specialists, and staff of the inpatient and ambulatory care units.</p> </li><li> <p>Works in collaboration with the Nursing Director regarding budget review, personnel management, monitoring productivity, and staff development.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursing staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures communication, cooperation and understanding among staff and monitors adherence to Cleveland Clinic policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures departmental compliance with regulatory and Joint Commission requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)</p> </li><li> <p>Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse (RN).</p> </li><li> <p>Four years of recent clinical experience</p> </li><li> <p>One year of health care management experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Transplant experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Requires the ability to walk to various locations throughout the foundation, normal or corrected vision and hearing, and the ability to work and function in a stressful environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.</p> </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $101,900.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $155,390.00</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
