<p>Job#: 3032477</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>What we do:</p> <p>The Client's Payment Organization is responsible for software development, quality assurance testing, and day-to-day production operations of the client's specific product suite. In this role the Client's Payment Organization, in consultation with other Client stakeholders, helps to set the strategic direction for Client's payment services, coordinates product enhancements impacting the services and their customers, and ensures that operating sites meet service level agreements for resiliency and performance.</p> <p>Your role as Product Analyst:</p> <p>Product Analyst works as a strategic partner with Product Owners, Business leaders, Customers, and End Users on business needs and provide critical business/product analysis and recommendation in ensuring technology products meet product requirements, and customer outcome needs across internal/external systems</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Support strategic direction for the product, requirements analysis, and supporting business services (risk, audit, governance) to advance product delivery </li><li>Works closely within agile team(s)/Product Owner(s) to ensure business value (customer/end user key outcomes) is achieved and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary </li><li>Provide business analysis and strategic planning, technology demand and roadmap planning for the Product(s) in an agile operating environment such as: </li></ul> <p>o supporting the development of product documentation such as epics and user stories</p> <p>o grooming backlogs</p> <p>o elaborating requirements</p> <p>o supporting prototyping/release planning/road-mapping</p> <p>o prioritization and sequencing of features/stories</p> <p>o business coordination of demos and user feedback sessions</p> <p>o provides ongoing expertise and guidance on best usage practices</p> <ul> <li>Participating in conversations (with Product Manager/Owner) with a wide variety of stakeholders </li><li>Performs industry, business, and technical analysis; contributes to product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization in line with business objectives </li><li>In conjunction with Product Owner, manage stakeholder communication and decision-making in line with governance requirements </li><li>Actively promote Agile behaviors within business areas to support our Agile transformation </li><li>Drive alignment with other product areas including product interdependencies </li><li>Partner with business leaders to respond to changing priorities and delivery requirements across multiple products or product areas </li><li>Support Production Operations during an incident, inclusive of being part of the Product operations staff augmentation as part of Product resiliency </li><li>Actively promote full adoption of product features, provide training and onboarding support for new users, including UAT and DIT support as needed </li><li>In collaboration with Product Owner, works with technology partners to ensure integration to the Client technology roadmap and drives alignment with product interdependencies </li><li>Applies findings from customer research and product design to backlog prioritization decisions </li><li>Provides oversight and coordination through deployment planning and user acceptance testing </li><li>Monitors and communicates product-specific operational KPIs once a product enters production and provides expert insights for improvement opportunities </li><li>As quickly as possible, develops deep knowledge, experience, on markets, customers objectives, applications, key systems, and other domain experts </li></ul> <p>Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
