<p>About the Opportunity</p> <p>The Instructional Assistants' roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Daily Classroom Support: Providing support to teachers in the classroom with 1-1support for students, distributing materials, behavioral support as needed and any additional support a teacher may need </li><li>Supporting weekly with field trips: Carrying out set roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Recreational Coordinator. </li><li>Lunchtime Support: Walking students over to Smith Hall for daily lunch, monitoring lunchroom behaviors, walking students back. </li><li>Support with Daily Sports- Actively participating in sports with students as assigned by the Recreation Coordinator; walk with students to and from the various facilities. </li><li>Attend Weekly Staff Meetings </li></ul> <p>Position Type</p> <p>Temporary</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Northeastern University considers factors such as candidate work experience, education and skills when extending an offer.</p> <p>Northeastern has a comprehensive benefits package for benefit eligible employees.
