All team members receive benefits including:</p> <ul> <li>Weekly pay </li><li>Employee assistance program </li><li>Training and development opportunities </li><li>Employee discounts </li><li>Flexible work schedules </li></ul> <p>Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement.</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li>Greet and attend to guests' needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders </li><li>Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures </li><li>Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests </li><li>Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff </li><li>Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning </li></ul> <p>More about you</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Experience in cash handling and credit card processing </li><li>Beneficial if you have one year's experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs </li><li>Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks </li></ul> <p>Shift details</p> <p>Day shift</p> <p>Holidays</p> <p>Weekends</p> <p>10 hour shift</p> <p>8 hour shift</p> <p>Who we are</p> <p>Delaware North provides hospitality services at Orlando International Airport.
