Each role includes a stipend based on level of responsibility, time commitment, and scope of instruction</p> <p>Percussion Director</p> <p>Oversees all aspects of the percussion program, including instruction, coordination, and performance preparation.</p> <p>Stipend: $1500</p> <p>Front Ensemble Technician</p> <p>Provides focused instruction and technical guidance to the front ensemble to enhance musical performance.</p> <p>Stipend: $750</p> <p>Snare/Tenor Ensemble Technician</p> <p>Trains and refines technique, musicality, and performance skills for the snare and tenor drum sections.</p> <p>Stipend: $750</p> <p>Bass Drum Ensemble Technician</p> <p>Coaches the bass drum line on technique, timing, and ensemble cohesion.</p> <p>Stipend: $750</p> <p>Visual Ensemble Technician</p> <p>Instructs students on marching technique, choreography, and visual performance elements.</p> <p>Stipend: $750</p> <p>Bass Technician</p> <p>Offers specialized technical and musical instruction for bass instruments within the ensemble.</p> <p>Stipend: $750</p> <p>Aux Percussion Technician</p> <p>Guides students in auxiliary percussion instruments, ensuring proper technique and musical effect.</p> <p>Stipend: $750</p> <p>SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>Past Performance experience in marching ensembles (marching band, drum corps, winter percussion) </li><li>DCI, DCA, WGI, or college marching band experience a plus </li></ul>
