<p>Job Title: Project/Program Manager I</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join our dynamic Field Support team as a Project/Program Manager to lead for construction management oversite. You will be at the forefront of exciting launches in 2024, working within two of the fastest-growing business lines.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate the testing process at newly launching sites. </li><li>Manage a team of 6-10 Operations Managers to complete testing of modules and processes. </li><li>Travel regionally Monday to Friday, 2-3 times per month. </li><li>Follow provided checklists during the testing process. </li><li>Report to a team lead and escalate issues as necessary. </li><li>Utilize Smartsheets and Microsoft Office for project coordination and documentation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Program and project management experience. </li><li>Experience in site testing and project coordination. </li><li>Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft Office. </li><li>Skills in escalation, risk mitigation, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Clear communication and administrative writing skills. </li><li>Excellent people skills and attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This is a fully travel-based role, requiring travel to sites 3 out of 4 weeks per month. The typical schedule is from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday or Friday. Initial weeks will involve hands-on training with daily check-ins and duties.
