You will keep our machines running and turn them into top performing equipment while also building up the people running them too.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Fix, identify root causes, replace parts, and get lines back up fast</p> </li><li> <p>Keep our equipment tuned and ready for each shift through smart, preventive maintenance</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a coach and mentor by assisting Line Leaders and Operators to build their maintenance skills</p> </li><li> <p>Translating OEM material into practical, real-world standards that work</p> </li><li> <p>Drive process improvement by reducing downtime, improve changeovers, and push for better OEE</p> </li><li> <p>Join daily shift huddles to prioritize tasks and make smart, efficient decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Track performance, lead improvement events, and take accountability in your results</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain tools and parts inventory professionally, and document work in SAP and SOPs</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to a safety-first culture that we enforce every shift</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Need from You:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma/GED + technical training (+college credits = a major plus)</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA/GMP)</p> </li><li> <p>Deep knowledge of pneumatics, drives, conveyors, pumps, and basic electrical systems</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with CMMS, LEAN tools, and root cause analysis</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to lead, teach, and improve systems</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., and being active around powered equipment, forklifts,</p> </li></ul> <p>You'll be trusted to lead improvements, shape standards, and help others around you.</p> <p>This is your machine, your line, your impact.
