Join the Data & Analytics Finance & Business Management team for an exciting role to support the growth and success of the Product & Experience organization.</p> <p>As an Associate within the Finance and Business Management team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics executives, responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business and financial risks. You will support senior leaders and key partners across Product & Experience Finance and Business Management teams to facilitate effective end-to-end execution. Your role as an Associate on the team offers a high-impact opportunity to ensure senior management across Product & Experience have visibility into major initiatives, business metrics, financials, and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Finance & Business Management to prepare executive presentations - package and present projections and performance trends by bringing financials and data together to tell a cohesive story </li><li>Design management reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents </li><li>Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, delivery managers and other Finance & Business Management teams </li><li>Create executive level presentations using PowerPoint PitchPro+ to present analysis </li><li>Analyze large amounts of data, assess KPI trends, and create impactful analysis to assist in developing strategy </li><li>Partner with Finance & Business Management team to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses </li><li>Participate in the activity based costing process used to allocate expenses across lines of business and downstream client profitability system </li><li>Interact, collaborate, and partner with peer team members across business and staff areas at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over all resources </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area </li><li>5+ years of work experience in Financial Services with a Financial Analysis, Business Management, and/or Accounting/Controller background </li><li>Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. </li><li>Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence </li><li>Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda </li><li>Excellent organization, project management and communication skills to communicate with all levels with a strong professional presence </li><li>Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale by story </li><li>Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Strong time management and prioritization skills </li><li>Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Table and Word skills </li></ul>
