<p>The Technical Programs & Strategic Operations Manager for Partner Engineering will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing planning processes, and optimizing operational efficiencies within the Partner Engineering organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, effective implementation, reliable operational, and understanding of technical partnerships and engineering lifecycles.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree </li><li>7+ years of proven experience in strategy, operations, or program management within a technology or engineering organization </li><li>Understanding of partner ecosystems, technical integrations, and software development lifecycles </li><li>Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills </li><li>Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Demonstrated experience to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a time-sensitive environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with data analytics and visualization tools </li><li>Experience in a top consulting firm </li><li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management software </li><li>A track record of driving significant operational improvements and strategic impact </li><li>Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) </li><li>Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) </li><li>Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide direction and guide the team in setting and achieving goals aligned with organizational priorities </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment of goals and driving product priorities </li><li>Develop and articulate the long-term mission and strategic priorities for Partner Engineering in alignment with overall product goals </li><li>Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions </li><li>Planning and Execution </li><li>Lead the planning cycles every half, including goal setting, alignment with cross-functional teams, resource allocation, and budget management </li><li>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and operational processes </li><li>Drive the execution of key strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes </li><li>Implement best practices for project management, data analysis, and reporting </li><li>Optimize operational workflows and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability within Partner Engineering </li><li>Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance </li><li>Partner with teams across various functions to drive alignment, share insights, and achieve common objectives </li><li>Act as a liaison between Partner Engineering and other departments' SP&O teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance </li><li>Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions </li><li>Build relationships with external partners to understand their needs and align engineering efforts accordingly </li></ul> <p>About Meta</p> <p>Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
