<p>Position Type:</p> <p>Administration/Early Childhood Specialist</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>8/20/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>HES assigned to Star International Academy-Hass</p> <p>Date Available:</p> <p>08/20/2025</p> <p>District:</p> <p>&nbsp Hamadeh Educational Services&nbsp&nbspAdditional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>Job description</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Exercise leadership in the research, development, implementation and evaluation of Early Childhood Program </li><li>Ensures compliance with all State and Federal mandates for program. </li><li>Supervises and mentors the Pre-K & Tutorial Program Staff </li><li>Evaluates the Pre-K programs including assessments and makes recommendations for improvements. </li><li>Assists in the supervision of student discipline and oversees the implementation of the classroom and school discipline policies </li><li>Acts in the capacity as backup support for the Principal and curriculum coordinator during their absence and/or as needed. </li><li>Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Principal, the Superintendent or designee </li></ul> <p>CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess a Masters Degree in Early Childhood </li><li>Having a Michigan Teacher Certification with a ZA or ZO endorsement preferred </li><li>Must have had a minimum of 3 years experience overseeing an early childhood program </li><li>Must be familiar with the Great Start Readiness Program or its equivalent </li><li>Must have thorough knowledge of the State Licensing requirements </li><li>Willingness to obtain credentials needed for School Administration per Michigan Department of Education guidelines </li><li>Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software </li><li>Must possess excellent verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Experience working in culturally diverse setting </li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment </li><li>Flexible open minded, self driven team member </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the US </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Pay: From $70,000.00 per year</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>401(k) matching </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Parental leave </li><li>Professional development assistance </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul> <p>Work Location: In person</p>
