<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, and support data and system integrations for ERP Systems. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data exchange between ERP's and other business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, Epicor Prophet-21, banking applications, EDI platforms, BI tools, eCommerce systems). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and ETL processes, with prior experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP's and external/internal systems. </li><li>Utilize APIs, SQL scripts, middleware tools (such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or custom .NET services), and Prophet 21-specific interfaces to build robust integrations. </li><li>Develop and maintain data mapping, transformation, and validation processes. </li><li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend integration solutions. </li><li>Ensure the integrity and security of data exchanged between systems. </li><li>Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. </li><li>Maintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflows. </li><li>Participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects, especially those involving system interconnectivity. </li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities through better integration and automation. </li><li>Support integrations with business-critical applications including Salesforce, banking systems, and other enterprise platforms. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). </li><li>5+ years of experience with system integrations, ideally with ERP systems like Epicor P21. </li><li>Strong proficiency in: </li><li>SQL Server / T-SQL </li><li>Web services and APIs (REST, SOAP) </li><li>Middleware platforms or custom integration solutions </li><li>Experience working with EDI, ETL, or flat file data processing. </li><li>Familiarity with Prophet 21 data structures and business logic. </li><li>Knowledge of ERP processes in distribution, warehousing, and order management. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience integrating ERP's including Epicor P21/Netsuite/SAP with Salesforce, banking platforms, eCommerce systems, or data warehouses. </li><li>Familiarity with tools like Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, Celigo, or Microsoft Power Automate. </li><li>.NET or Python scripting experience is a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices. </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. </li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability. </li></ul>
