Whatever your need, from white-linen presentation to casual family dining, our procurement experts will find the best-quality options that work for your budget and pack-size needs, carefully selected from our extensive meat assortment.</p> <p>Prepare high quality cuts of meats according to customer specifications using company standards and adhering to all safety requirements.</p> <p>Stock Yards St. Louis</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Trim fat and skin from meat and customize portions of products using knives, or other meat production equipment.</p> <p>Count and stack on tray portions per customer and company specifications.</p> <p>Label portion with supplied number product labels.</p> <p>Set up cutting room as required.</p> <p>Keep cutting room and surrounding area clean and sanitized.</p> <p>Follow company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain sanitary conditions.</p> <p>Work standing continually in a refrigerated environment 35°F- 45°F.</p> <p>Other duties as assigned by Manager.</p> <p>SUPERVISION:</p> <p>The incumbent is not required to provide direct supervision of any position.</p> <p>RELATIONSHIPS</p> <p>Internal: The incumbent is required to interact with employees at all levels of responsibility throughout the company.</p> <p>External: N/A</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>Work continually in refrigerated environment 35F- 45Fdegrees.</p> <p>Must be able to work for periods of time in freezer 10F to - 10F degrees.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Kitchen prep experience and some basic knife skills preferred; minimum of 6 months experience as a trimmer preferred.
