You'll partner with hiring leaders, support recruitment efforts across departments, and provide onboarding support, all while helping build a welcoming, values-driven workplace. The Part-Time Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions across the organization.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Support Hiring Leaders: Guide managers through the hiring process, offering tools, templates, and assistance. </li><li>Recruit & Source Talent: Post openings, source applicants, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. </li><li>Deliver a Great Candidate Experience: Be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a timely, friendly, and professional process. </li><li>Collaborate on Job Descriptions & Ads: Help create clear, engaging postings that reflect our culture and needs. </li><li>Track Progress: Monitor key metrics and share updates on hiring activity and trends. </li><li>Support Onboarding: Facilitate orientations, ensure timely completion of paperwork, and contribute to a strong first impression. </li><li>Jump in Where Needed: Assist with general HR tasks and support broader department initiatives when time allows. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) </li><li>1-2 years of recruiting or HR experience (preferred) </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (Paylocity experience a plus) </li><li>Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices </li></ul> <p>We're looking for someone who cares about people, about process, and about doing things the right way.
