On a day-to-day basis, the therapist will often have to perform technical procedures on complex life support systems, and make on the spot decisions that affect patient care In a wide variety of settings from neonatal to geriatric. The therapist also has the responsibility for assuring that all prescribed therapy is performed with quality.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li> <p>Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.</p> </li><li> <p>HS Diploma</p> </li><li> <p>Other: Graduate from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy</p> </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE</p> <ul> <li> <p>RCP-Respiratory Care Practitioner</p> </li><li> <p>BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider</p> </li><li> <p>Active membership in the A.A.RC. (American Association for Respiratory Care) recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Active membership in the C.S.R.C.
