You will work alongside dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.</p> <p>In this role you will function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets, and procedures.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works 8:00am-5:00pm.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare reports based on analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and monetary impact.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities for service and program improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop special reports and recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvement and/or change.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead project teams to complete elevated level R15analysis or reports complete with comprehensive recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain awareness of and complies with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct presentations and advise others regarding key changes or related issues.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Four years of high-level statistical analysis experience.</p> </li><li> <p>OR Master's degree and three years of experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and can work with minimal supervision.</p> </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
