<p>It is a Managers primary role to understand, live out, and communicate the business' purpose, mission, and core values all day, every day. The Management team as a whole shapes and molds the culture in our restaurant. Each Manager is expected to represent Chick-fil-A positively in the restaurant and in the community. A Manager will split their time between working IN the business, and working ON the business, but always working toward achieving our team goals and their personal goals.</p> <p>The BOH Manager is responsible for the operations and excellence of the kitchen. This commitment to excellence will stretch to food quality, safety, cost, and talent. The BOH Manager has a wide scope and a high level of thinking. Their time working "ON" the business will be spent strategizing how to close gaps in all areas of BOH. They will utilize QIV results and SAFE Evaluation leave-behind reports to ascertain our standing in food safety and quality. Inventory activity report and food cost report will be used to ascertain food cost gaps. Lastly, labor productivity, car counts, and sales reports will aid in knowing when to acquire talent. They will also develop the BOH team continually and keep a healthy and productive culture. Their time working "IN" the business will be spent observing team members/leaders for lead measures, being an authority for food safety and quality, and keeping the culture healthy and harmonious in the Back of House.</p> <p>Must oversee the following responsibilities:</p> <p>? Repairs and Maintenance of equipment</p> <p>? Inventory Management</p> <p>? BOH Cleanliness and organization</p> <p>? Kitchen Throughput</p> <p>? BOH systems and processes</p> <p>? Food Quality</p> <p>? Truck Order (Produce & Inventory)</p> <p>?
