By following our company mission of speed-to-market, product development, service development and quality, we have created a company dedicated to our customers, and created a culture that values each of our employees.</p> <p>Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday</p> <p>Location: De Pere, WI</p> <p>Pay: Non-exempt</p> <p>What will I do in this role?</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for following all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements. </li><li>Prepare cost estimates. </li><li>Maintain updated technical knowledge on capabilities, materials, adhesives, etc. </li><li>Originate, maintain and revise standards. </li><li>Compare actual with estimated costs, analyze and make recommendations to improve quote-hit ratio. </li><li>Work with Sales Representatives, Product Managers, Technical Services, Production Administration and Production to determine alternative sales pricing suggestions. </li><li>Price jobs and confirm pricing to customers. </li><li>Provide accurate information to customers. </li><li>May do some filing.
