We believe when inclusion is fully embraced and empowered, creativity and knowledge emerge to deliver excellence, advancing the community that is uniquely Richemont Americas.</p> <p>IT Business Analyst</p> <p>Richemont | Shelton, CT</p> <p>Reports to: E-Solutions Program Manager</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>The IT Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and prioritizing business requirements, and managing the design, development, and support of workflows and solutions primarily built in SharePoint, PowerApps, and other low-code platforms. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills combined with a solid understanding of UX design principles and ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate with diverse business colleagues and stakeholders, IT staff, and senior management.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Requirements Gathering and Project Management</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business teams, stakeholders, and IT to understand processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into workflows and solutions that improve productivity, lower costs, and deliver other measurable KPIs. </li><li>Produce deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents, Functional and non-Functional Specifications, workflow diagrams, wireframes, screen mock-ups, training content, and other materials as needed to support various phases of the project development lifecycle. </li><li>Act as a liaison between business teams, Group IT, and developers to ensure that expectations are aligned and that solutions add value and optimize usability for the target audience. </li><li>Facilitate brainstorming sessions, training workshops, usability testing, and other activities as needed to inform and obtain feedback from stakeholders and end users. </li><li>Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Work with developers and business colleagues to continuously monitor progress and keep participants informed of developments and changes that impact key dates and deliverables. </li><li>Keep senior management informed about current projects and success stories through reports and presentations. </li></ul> <p>SharePoint and Office 365</p> <ul> <li>Assist business users and teams with creating and configuring PowerApps, Automated workflows, SharePoint, and other tools to help them most effectively meet their objectives and leverage the platform's capabilities. </li><li>Perform technical feasibility assessments and collaborate with other IT Developers to identify which technical approach best meets business requirements and project criteria. </li><li>Regularly communicate with Group SharePoint team as a regional key user to stay informed and communicate information about changes and developments from Microsoft and Richemont related to Microsoft O365 licensing, features, and offerings. </li><li>Provide training and support to business teams and colleagues, helping them autonomously manage routine maintenance and changes to SharePoint sites, automated flows, and other solutions developed with IT assistance. </li><li>Provide L2 technical support for large portfolio of SharePoint sites and other solutions by monitoring and responding to Service Now tickets. Apply creative troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years' experience building custom SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016)</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years working with technical teams and business users to optimize business processes and develop solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing multiple projects throughout all aspects of the software development lifecycle including planning, requirements-gathering, design, development, testing, training, and deployment.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of UX best practice and tools; experience applying methodologies to optimize usability tailored to target audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Genuine passion for learning and applying new and existing tools and methodologies to solve problems, improve efficiency, and empower colleagues across the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear documentation and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Education</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree (preferably in software development or UX Design)</p> </li><li> <p>Master's Degree in software development, UX, or related field preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft Certification in SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, or Bi is a plus but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical competencies & skills</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Experience creating and configuring SharePoint lists, libraries, complex permissions, and other features. <p></p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with SharePoint architecture, infrastructure, and related concepts, i.e., IIS, SQL, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server, PowerShell Scripting.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Power Platform tools and capabilities including Power Apps (canvas and data-driven), Power Automate integration, BI, Teams, and Forms is preferred but not mandatory.</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Experience with other tools and related technologies; including SQL Server, MS Net Framework, HTML, Power Shell, JavaScript, jQuery, APIs, and RPAs is a plus. <p></p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Strong understanding of business process optimization and workflows. <p></p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Proficient in quickly learning and implementing new technologies and methodologies including 3rd party add-ons, development platforms, and programming languages. <p></p> </li><li> <p>Personal qualities</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Resourceful, creative, and organized with a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, timeframe commitments, usability, and attention to detail. <p></p> </li><li> <p>Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new skills and technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptable and responsive to changes in business priorities, technologies, and other factors that impact schedules and deliverables.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work well both in-person and remotely with diverse, multi-cultural, multi-national, cross-functional teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Richemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
