Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate issue resolution with the Midas application. Resolve critical issues promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and execute change requests for Midas or similar applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the Epic and Data Analytics teams to enhance reporting of adverse events, Core Measures, Utilization Reviews, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with vendors for patches, upgrades, or new features.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with IT teams to ensure application maintenance. Will require occasional travel to Dallas</p> </li></ul> <p>On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site in Dallas up to 10%, as needed.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 4 years of work experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years using a patient safety application or other clinical metrics reporting application</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to the Midas application</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of application analyst experience</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma/ GED</p> </li><li> <p>Will require occasional travel to Dallas</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Epic certifications, Clinical background (nursing, pharmacy, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or Nursing or clinical related certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
