This role is based in our facility in Preston, Idaho and reports to the Shift Supervisor. Our current openings are on the Swing Shift working Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am...3 day weekends every week. The starting rate is $21.03 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential!</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking an energetic individual with a keen eye to detail and a positive demeanor for this role. The successful candidate will focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. Full training is provided!</p> <p>Principal Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>With training, set-up, operate and troubleshoot all fabricating machines. </li><li>Set up of molds and the machines for all lines. </li><li>Identify material problems ensuring that the product can be manufactured within the standard requirements of the Company's Quality Control program. </li><li>Accurately set the process parameters. </li><li>Remove all scrap materials from the manufacturing areas to the designated storage areas, ensuring that material is stored in a logical and orderly fashion. </li><li>Housekeeping around the area and machines. </li><li>Inspect and report potential unsafe or hazardous conditions. </li><li>Troubleshoot problems that involve multiple-choice options and determine the most appropriate course of action. </li><li>Support and stay in sync with the efforts of the Joint, Health & Safety Committee (JHSC). </li><li>Perform a variety of other tasks as needed. </li></ul>
