<p>Job Summary:?To lead the digital transformation and growth of our parts and service business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that enhances customer experience, drives online sales, and integrates seamlessly with our broader aftermarket operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership </li><li>Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for vehicle sales, parts, and services. </li><li>Align digital initiatives with overall business goals and dealership operations. </li><li>Platform Management </li><li>Oversee the performance and optimization of e-commerce platforms (e.g., dealer websites, third-party marketplaces). </li><li>Ensure seamless integration with CRM, inventory, and payment systems. </li><li>Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). </li><li>Marketing & Conversion </li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic through SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media. </li><li>Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to increase conversion rates. </li><li>Analytics & Reporting </li><li>Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, cart abandonment, and customer retention. </li><li>Use data to identify trends, improve UX/UI, and inform strategic decisions. </li><li>Team & Vendor Management </li><li>Lead cross-functional teams including digital marketing, IT, and customer service. </li><li>Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners. </li><li>Customer Experience </li><li>Ensure a frictionless online shopping experience from browsing to checkout. </li><li>Implement personalization strategies and post-sale engagement tools. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field </li><li>10+ years of experience in e-commerce/websites, with at least 3+ years in the automotive sector </li><li>Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and digital transformation </li><li>Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Magento, or proprietary dealer systems </li><li>Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and A/B testing </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory feeds </li><li>Experience with omni-channel retail strategies and mobile-first design </li><li>Knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations in automotive e-commerce </li><li>MBA </li></ul>
