<p>Implementation Specialist</p> <p>Walker Overview</p> <p>Walker is a full-service Experience Management (XM) firm. We believe everyone deserves an amazing experience. We know doing this will further enhance the experience our associates and customers have with our company.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Assist with onboarding new clients, configure and test solutions, assist with survey programming, build dashboards, and integrate platforms. This role enables clients to quickly receive value from their purchased Qualtrics products.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Obtain Qualtrics certifications, attend required boot camps, and become an expert on the Qualtrics Platform and various integrations. </li><li>Play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success. </li><li>Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services, demonstrating the value we can provide. </li><li>Participate in total account management activities including but not limited to completing intake forms, change orders, SOW updates, etc. </li><li>Act as the solution delivery project manager and ensure the project is completed according to agreed objectives, project plan, scope, budgeted effort and committed time frame. </li><li>Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through phone and email. </li><li>Train clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Platform and related integrations. </li><li>Help scope projects by gathering technical requirements and understanding timelines and deliverables. </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion. </li><li>Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations. </li><li>Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Informatics, Psychology, Sociology, or related field or relevant experience </li><li>Experience defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs </li><li>Previous User Experience (UX) or Digital Customer Experience (Digital CX) preferred. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Has passionately high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo) </li><li>Able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business </li><li>Desire to work directly with clients, creating an optimal experience </li><li>Previous experience with work operating systems and enterprise resource planning platforms helpful (Monday.com and SAP ByDesign preferred) </li><li>This role requires the ability to travel to client sites, with an expected frequency of approximately once per month. </li></ul> <p>Meet one of our Implementation Specialists and look inside the job! https://walkerinfo.wistia.com/medias/3074253pkx</p> <p>Learn more about the Walker DEI efforts: https://walkerinfo.com/diversity-equity-and-inclusion/</p> <p>Perks and Benefits: https://walkerinfo.com/careers/</p> <p>Walker is an equal-opportunity employer.
