You will be instrumental in embedding innovation into daily organizational practices and shaping a future-ready, innovation-embracing culture.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Program Strategy & Execution</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of innovation programs including the InQ Speaker Series, IdeaPlace platform, and Innovation Leadership co-development initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and manage the team's communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effective tracking of engagement and feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and manage engagement strategies for networks such as Angel Innovators, Innovation Champions, and Innovation Catalysts.</p> </li></ul> <p>Community Building & Enablement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Foster vibrant and diverse innovation communities across the enterprise, cultivating collaboration and knowledge-sharing.</p> </li><li> <p>Champion inclusive engagement models that empower employees to contribute to innovation efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and promote innovation toolsets, collaboration opportunities, and learning/doing activities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Measurement & Optimization</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define and track success metrics (quantitative & qualitative) for Innovation Studio engagement and sentiment.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead cultural transformation measurement and reporting efforts to assess impact of the Innovation Studio team, programs and events as well as inform continuous improvement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience Design & Customer Centricity</p> <ul> <li> <p>Establish a best-in-class user experience vision for innovation programs, informed by market insights, customer needs, and internal priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure seamless and impactful touchpoints across all innovation initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Communications & Content Strategy</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support enterprise-wide innovation communications and storytelling efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to amplify program visibility and adoption.</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3-5 years of experience in program management, innovation strategy, organizational development, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated success in building and sustaining enterprise communities.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with digital platforms and tools used for innovation and collaboration.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deep customer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional internal experiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with innovation platforms, software tools, and digital engagement strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in product and brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and performance optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with marketing analytics and cultural transformation measurement frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to anticipate shifting priorities and align programs with evolving business needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of technical aspects of software products and ability to collaborate with technical teams on integration and configuration.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Impact:</p> <p>You will play a pivotal role in transforming the organizational mindset from innovation-resistant to innovation-embracing-creating sustainable cultural change that outlasts individual programs and initiatives.</p> <p>The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.</p> <p>If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
