We are a dedicated team that share our mission and our culture of safe and compassionate care.</p> <p>How you'll contribute</p> <p>A medical laboratory technologist (MLT) who excels in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Performs common testing procedures and reports test results accurately. </li><li>Conducts instrument maintenance and troubleshooting. </li><li>Performs quality control testing to ensure accuracy and compliance. </li><li>Maintains supplies and equipment necessary for testing. </li><li>Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. </li><li>Maintains regular and reliable attendance. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Why join us</p> <p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
