Proactively identify, communicate, and establish processes to mitigate any risks to the revenue cycle process. </li><li>Utilize web-based tools and other available resources to facilitate providing insurance companies with required information. </li><li>Utilize multiple information systems to accurately select the correct patient account in order to appropriately review and verify patient billable charges. </li><li>Participate in and assist with audits to capture lost charges and determine the accuracy of billing as necessary. </li><li>Various projects and tasks as requested. </li><li>Maintain regulatory requirements, including all state, federal and Joint Commission regulations. </li><li>Maintain and ensure patient confidentiality at all times. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience. </li><li>Accounts Receivable and general accounting experience. </li><li>Must be able to deal professionally with patients, physicians, visitors, and the general public. </li><li>Must possess a high degree of analytical ability and strategic thinking </li></ul> <p>Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>EEOC Statement</p> <p>Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
