<p>WALK-IN WEDNESDAY</p> <p>Interview on the spot!</p> <p>Every Wednesday from 12 PM - 2 PM</p> <p>2500 Devon Ave | Des Plaines , IL 60018</p> <p>Free Parking / Free Shuttle from the Rosemont Blue Line Station</p> <ul> <li>- </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>In accordance with established procedures completes daily revenue audits. </li><li>Tracks and reports variances. </li><li>Completes required audit forms. </li><li>Perform daily audits on electronic gaming devices, cage accountability, live games and redemption kiosks. </li><li>Summarizes, calculates and records numbers on various documents. </li><li>Reviews, reconciles and verifies documents for proper completion. </li><li>Investigates any discrepancies and variances identified while performing audits and issues exception reports. </li><li>Review and accurately post revenues and expenses pertaining to audits. </li><li>Ensure that all revenues/expenses are supported by properly authorized documentation and recorded to the proper account. </li><li>Complete Audit Finding Reports on all deviations from procedures and/or ICS found in daily audits. </li><li>Maintain credit card terminal reports and statements at the outlets. </li><li>Report and maintain daily revenues from all outlets. </li><li>Maintain POS reports. </li><li>Maintain all inventory accounts. </li><li>Prepare and submit monthly journal entries. </li><li>Assist in maintaining compliance with the Internal Control System. </li><li>Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino - Des Plaines ICS. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organization and planning skills. </li><li>Excellent knowledge in various computers programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). </li><li>Budget and mathematical skills. </li><li>Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process </li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing </li><li>Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting </li></ul> <p>Perks that Work!</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance </li><li>401K - 4% match to 5% Team Member Contribution </li><li>$1 Daily Meals </li><li>Earn up to 18 Days of Paid Time Off Your First Year </li><li>Free Shuttle from Rosemont's Blue Line Station </li><li>Free Parking On-Site </li><li>Rivers Casino Scholarship Program for Team Members and their Children/Grandchildren </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Fitness/Gym Reimbursement </li><li>Community Volunteer Opportunities </li><li>Leadership Training & Career Advancement Programs </li><li>Team Member Exclusive Discounts </li></ul>
