Our site, Albéa Lodz Plastics is specialized in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for the Cosmetic Mass Market for global and local Brands.</p> <p>Scope</p> <p>Lead cost improvement action plan for Industrial Supply Chain for all facilities of ALBEA Tubes Product Line (Mainly Europe + some support in North América, Asia)</p> <p>NB: Position requires to spend time in plants when and where are major projects. Main scope and location is Europe.</p> <p>Job summary</p> <ul> <li>Improve performance of industrial supply chain </li><li>Lead cost improvement action plan for Industrial Supply Chain for all facilities of ALBEA Tubes Product Line (Mainly Europe + some support in North América, Asia) </li></ul> <p>NB: Position requires to spend time in plants when and where are major projects. Main scope and location is Europe.</p> <ul> <li>Work with plants to improve. </li><li>P&L on main drivers: Labor, Space, Flows </li><li>Working Capital: Stock level and accuracy </li><li>Contribute to customer satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Main activities</p> <ul> <li>Lead MIFD/VSM activities, contribute to corresponding action plans. </li><li>Identify and manage PC&L productivity projects with plant teams. </li><li>Contribute to plant industrial master plans. </li><li>Manage technical projects as AGV, automations, Handling devices … + associated CI plans. </li><li>Optimize Forklift and Handling devices fleet (quantitative and qualitative) </li><li>Improve layout of warehouses and corresponding organization: reduce surface and workforce. </li><li>Lead projects on packaging's: Returnable, Standardization. </li><li>Lead activities on stock reduction as Kanban deployment, JNI (Just needed Inventory), Scheduling, DDMRP … </li><li>Stock accuracy: contribute to action plans, best practices sharing, optimization of "booking points" and SAP transactions. </li><li>Contribute to HSE best practices definitions and deployment. </li><li>Contribute to PC&L best practices and "CI Initiatives" definition: Deploy, Implement and Train Plant teams. </li><li>Contribute to Customer satisfaction improvement (OTIF, deliveries…) and lead specific projects … </li><li>SAP Key user </li><li>Contribution (and Operation Leader) for new SAP tools associated to Improvement plans </li><li>Manage corresponding KPIs. </li></ul> <p>Accountability including KPIs</p> <p>Main KPIs</p> <ul> <li>CI improvement plan: Labor, FTE, K$ </li><li>Stock improvement plan: DIO, K€ </li><li>Lead time reduction </li></ul> <p>Profile (Experience & qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>Successful experience in Supply Chain Project Management in Large series industry. Proficiency in MIFA, MIFD, VSM tools… or equivalent </li><li>Experience in PC&L and industrial projects as AGV, Plant layout, Warehouses layouts, handling devices…. </li><li>Experienced leader of projects on multi facilities European scope. Familiar with functional responsibilities and able to motivate plant teams on productivity projects </li><li>P&L and results oriented. </li><li>Change management, strength of proposal and pedagogy. </li><li>Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerBI, Visio, etc.) </li><li>Proficiency in SAP(ideally Key User), BW </li><li>Leadership, ability to listen, communicate and convince. </li><li>Energy, work capacity, stress management, reactivity </li><li>Rigor, organization, autonomy </li><li>Strong customer and results orientation to achieve objectives. </li><li>Curiosity and intellectual agility to build multiple solutions in a complex environment. </li></ul>
