<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform mechanical/electronic assembly by following all assembly procedures, specifications, drawings, and packaging requirements in compliance to company standards. </li><li>Under direct supervision, performs a variety of assembly tasks that require the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions and a thorough knowledge of techniques, materials, tools, and equipment. </li><li>Refers to process documentation (drawings, travelers, BOM's, and specifications) to perform assembly tasks </li><li>Must become knowledgeable in the use of all basic assembly equipment in the dept. </li><li>Learns and uses basic tools and fine hand tools. </li><li>Must inspect all workmanship and special processes following the process documentation. </li><li>Performs all necessary tasks efficiently and accurately by following established written procedures. </li><li>Maintains an organized work environment necessary for efficient operation. </li><li>Keeps equipment and department neat and clean at all times. </li><li>Teamwork in a high paced environment to achieve excellence and continuous improvement. </li><li>Detail oriented to achieve zero defects </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential functions as required. Need to have good eye and hand coordination. </li><li>Under direct supervision, performs a variety of tasks that require the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions and a thorough knowledge of inspection techniques, solder quality, tools, and equipment. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Mid-level with experience </li><li>Reliable transportation to be at work on a daily basis and ready to perform duties as necessary </li><li>Preferred experience with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001 standards </li><li>Printed Circuit Board Assembly processes (Preferred) </li><li>Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling controls. (Preferred) </li></ul>
