<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Denver based General Manager at Dynamic National is a leader of a fast-paced and growing organization that strives for the highest level of customer service and construction. You will oversee all aspects of the company's Colorado operations, ensuring efficient and profitable business performance. This leadership role requires strong management skills, estimating acumen, construction knowledge, industry contacts, and the ability to drive sales, maintain high-quality standards, and manage teams effectively. The GM will be responsible for strategic planning, operational control, financial management, customer satisfaction, and safety/regulatory compliance.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Operations Management:</p> <p>Oversee day-to-day operations of all projects including scheduling, estimating, resource allocation, project management, insurance based projects and quality control to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.</p> <p>Team Leadership:</p> <p>Lead, motivate, and manage the workforce including project managers, estimators, service department, production, and administrative staff. Facilitate training and development programs.</p> <p>Sales and Business Development:</p> <p>Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase market share, expand customer base, execute efficient storm preparedness and response and drive overall revenue growth.</p> <p>Financial Oversight:</p> <p>Develop and manage profit plan, monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.</p> <p>Customer Relations:</p> <p>Ensure excellent ethical customer service and satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining strong client relationships.</p> <p>Compliance and Safety:</p> <p>Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA safety standards. Promote a safety-first culture across all job sites with regular safety training and jobsite monitoring.</p> <p>Subcontractor and Labor Management:</p> <p>Negotiate contracts and maintain positive relationships with, subcontractors, and labor providers to ensure quality workmanship at a fair price.</p> <p>Reporting:</p> <p>Provide regular reports to ownership on business performance, project status, financial health, and strategic initiatives.</p> <p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p> <p>Career background in roofing construction, materials, and safety protocols.</p> <p>10+ years as a General Manager or similar management role in the roofing/construction industry.</p> <p>Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Ability to manage staff, lead teams, and accelerate sales.</p> <p>Understanding of project management, quality control, and scheduling.</p> <p>Strong understanding of roofing industry standards and codes, and insurance estimating/billing.</p> <p>Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies.</p> <p>Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, best practices, CRM use and The Edge estimating systems.</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).</p> <p>Sales experience and business development skills.</p>
