We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.</p> <p>Check out our many videos to learn more! http://www.dxpe.com/about-us/careers/</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Administrative & Sales Processing</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Handling and directing incoming phone calls. </li><li>Maintaining service department records, job logs, fleet management, etc. </li><li>Operate the P21 accounting and sales system primarily for service department and provide back-up for the sales system. </li><li>Provide back-up and be able to complete documentation including Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Start-up & Training plans. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Prior inside sales/customer service experience </li><li>The ideal candidate would have preferably/but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge: pump/motor /rotating equipment/industrial products. </li><li>Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently. </li><li>Must have experience performing a majority of the functions. </li><li>Willingness to learn and take directions when needed. </li><li>Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking, and customer focus is required. </li><li>Regular in-person attendance required. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Pay $28.00 - $30.00/hr </li><li>Physical Demand: N/A </li><li>Working Conditions: Office environment primarily </li><li>Training/Certifications: NA </li><li>Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm </li><li>Travel: NA </li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required </li></ul> <p>Company Perks:</p> <p>DXP is always looking for individuals who want to join a team of employees who have the desire to achieve remarkable accomplishments together.
