Hunt Transport Services Neuroscience Institute; Washington Regional Walker Heart Institute; Washington Regional Women and Infants Center; Washington Regional Total Joint Center; and Washington Regional Pat Walker Center for Seniors.</p> <p>Essential Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain knowledge of proper floor maintenance procedures for all floor surface types </li><li>Ensure proper cleaning procedures for floor type are performed </li><li>Utilize various type of automated equipment for cleaning of floor surfaces </li><li>Perform ongoing maintenance reviews for equipment to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to manager </li><li>Assist with cleaning of patient rooms, as needed </li><li>Comply with proper handling and use of EVS chemicals and equipment </li><li>Ensure EVS supply cart is filled with necessary materials at the beginning and end of shift </li><li>Learn Teletracking software and use approved electronic devices </li><li>Collecting and properly disposing of trash and waste material </li><li>Replenish disposable items such as soap, paper towel, and toilet paper </li><li>Cleans and disinfects equipment and furniture </li><li>Cleans up spills </li><li>Dusts high areas </li><li>Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment as needed </li><li>Provides positive interactions with patients, visitors, and staff </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Licensure and Certifications: N/A </li><li>Experience: Previous experience in a floor care technician or similar role, preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment: This position will spend 100% of time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 lbs.</p> <p>Qualifications</p>
