This is a hands-on role where you'll work with cutting-edge analytical instruments and</p> <p>a collaborative team to ensure the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.</p> <p>Central Islip or Hauppauge, NY</p> <p>Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM</p> <p>$60,000-$90,000 + OT Opportunities</p> <p>Career Growth: Potential to transition into R&D roles within 2-4 years</p> <p>Must-Haves</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in quality control chemical testing. </li><li>Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. </li><li>Strong hands-on experience with HPLC and dissolution testing. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine and advanced chemical testing in a QC lab setting. </li><li>Operate and maintain specialized analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, ICP-MS/OES, UV, Dissolution, etc.). </li><li>Conduct investigations and support documentation in compliance with cGMP standards. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product quality and regulatory requirements. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with analytical software: Empower, Chromeleon, LabSolutions, LIMS. </li><li>Familiarity with wet chemistry techniques, UV-Vis spectroscopy, Karl Fischer titration, and titration. </li><li>Experience with investigation activities and GMP documentation. </li><li>Work Environment </li><li>cGMP laboratory and manufacturing setting. </li><li>Use of PPE including lab coats, safety glasses, and respiratory protection. </li><li>Exposure to solvents, powders, and other pharmaceutical materials. </li></ul> <p>If you're passionate about pharmaceutical quality and ready to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.</p> <p>benefits start day 1 and they are eligible for 2 weeks vacation, 56 hours sick and wellness add 2 days mental health days</p> <p>Workplace Type</p> <p>This is a fully onsite position in Hauppauge,NY.</p> <p>Application Deadline</p> <p>This position is anticipated to close on Jun 30, 2025.</p> <p>About Actalent</p> <p>Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
