<p>Senior Director, Patient Marketing (US)</p> <p>The Senior Director of Patient Marketing will be responsible for leading all patient-facing marketing activities for ARCALYST (Rilonacept).</p> <p>This role will be responsible for the development and execution of the patient marketing strategy and drive brand initiatives such as patient brand positioning and messaging, segmentation and targeting, promotional, educational and all other brand-related activities. A strong focus on branded DTC through an omnichannel approach will be a key determinant for success. This role will collaborate closely with HCP marketing, Patient services, Business insights and other teams to drive results. The role will oversee and maximize the patient marketing budget with a focus on revenue-generating activities.</p> <p>This role will have one direct report.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have a desire and passion to play an integral part in building a generational company focused on impacting patients with high unmet need. The candidate MUST have a 'roll up your sleeves, get things done' mindset in order to be successful.</p> <p>This role is based in our Lexington, MA office. Our office-based employees follow a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office, and 1 day remote.</p> <p>Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Drive and develop the patient strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with market access, patient services, commercial operations and insights and analytics </li><li>Where appropriate, coordinate the efforts with patient advocacy, medical affairs, field medical personnel </li><li>Own the development of key patient-facing tactics, including an omnichannel branded DTC approach (i.e. brand.com, social media, CTV, patient CRM strategy) </li><li>Drive market research to define adoption drivers and barriers; patient value proposition and messaging, and patient education and training strategy </li><li>Manage agency partners and vendors on market research efforts, creation of marketing materials, materials reviews and budget adherence </li><li>Drive development and approval of all marketing materials through the medical, regulatory, legal review process and integrate feedback accordingly to ensure compliant execution </li><li>Interact with the patient community and other relevant stakeholders such as advocacy organizations in collaborations with Medical Affairs </li><li>Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to commercial and corporate objectives </li><li>Recruit, hire, and develop best-in-class marketing talent. </li><li>Manage and coach direct report(s) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Requires a BS degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) with 12+ years' experience in a pharmaceutical brand marketing role; with minimum of 5 years' experience in patient/consumer marketing role </li><li>Experience developing and successfully executing omnichannel branded DTC campaigns (including a CTV or linear TV component) </li><li>Experience in optimizing and leveraging patient CRM's to drive patient activation </li><li>Rare disease / specialty pharma experience is an asset, but not required </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills </li><li>Team player that can also independently drive projects to completion </li><li>Solutions-oriented, strong analytical and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to champion change and drive innovative thinking </li><li>Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities </li><li>Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards </li><li>Strong communicator to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership </li><li>Strong and empathetic leadership skills </li><li>Experience in developing and coaching direct reports to successful outcomes </li><li>Ability to travel up to [30%] </li></ul> <p>Kiniksa is an Equal Opportunity employer and will consider you without regard to your race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, transgender status, age, genetics, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status, or any other legally protected category.
