You will act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide customer value. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure scalability, resiliency, and stability in delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Your focus will be on building comprehensive end-to-end payments product experiences that align with our strategic goals.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers. </li><li>Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap. </li><li>Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. </li><li>Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability. </li><li>Monitor and drive product success through performance metrics, customer feedback, and manage product issues while ensuring compatibility with evolving technologies. </li><li>Maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials. </li><li>Support Sales, Relationship Managers, and Solutions teams with product expertise and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. </li><li>Support sales presentations, client discussions, and Request For Proposal (RFP) processes. </li><li>Oversee vendor and partner engagements/relationships in collaboration with Payments partner groups. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. </li><li>Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management. </li><li>Demonstrated success in product management roles, ideally within the financial services industry. </li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for driving change and influencing stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to think strategically with a focus on long-term objectives while executing plans methodically. </li><li>Strong commercial aptitude and ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization. </li><li>Blend of critical and creative thinking, outstanding communication skills, and ability to inspire and work well with others. </li><li>Experience working effectively in a matrixed environment, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across diverse peer groups. </li><li>Bachelor's degree, (MBA preferred), in computer science, business, or related field. </li></ul>
