They partner with the unit manager to develop and execute action plans focused on quality and safety improvements, care affordability, and enhancing patient and team member experiences. As a member of the interprofessional team, they foster an environment of empowerment and excellence while advancing evidence-based nursing practices and standards. This role is part of the leadership team within a 24/7 operational setting, including weekends and holidays.</p> <p>Our Advanced Heart Care Unit is focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care for a wide range of heart conditions. We combine cutting-edge technology with a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to provide advanced treatment and continuous support for our patients.
